Cell Line Origin
HeLa, genetic modification, firefly luciferase reporter gene, HSV-thymidine kinase promoter
Cell Line Description
11-4 is a HeLa cell line stably transfected with a firefly luciferase reporter gene under the control of the HSV-thymidine kinase promoter. 11-4 can be used to evaluate the non-specific transcriptional activity of chemicals.
