RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 15% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Split cells 1:2, an approximate seeding density of 5 x 10,000 cells/cm2; 5% CO2; 37°C. Please note: cells are loosely adherent, knock the flask to release attached cells. Treat as an attached cell line.
