2′-Deoxycytidine 5′-Triphosphate, sodium (dCTP).

Application

For applications requiring dNTPs of high purity such as amplification, dideoxy sequencing, labeling, mutagenesis, cDNA synthesis, and expression profiling.
High Purity dNTPs are functionally tested in long PCR* to be PCR-qualified, and meet or exceed criteria for high-quality sequencing with Thermo Sequenase DNA Polymerase.
High purity: > 98% triphosphate, as confirmed by chromatographic analysis and 31P nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy.
