ADLumin-1 is suitable for in vivo dually-amplify signal via chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer (DAS-CRET) with CRANAD-3 a smart NIRF (near infrared fluorescence imaging) probe for Aβs. Apparently both probes bind to Aβ aggregates in close proximity.
