Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against cells of T cell lineage paracortex of bovine lymph nodes and cells in both the cortex and medulla of thymus. The antigen has a molecular weight of approximately 67kDa and is identified as BoCD5, the bovine equivalent of CD5.

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1% Hypoxanthine, Thymidine (HT) supplement + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
