The antibody is directed against rabbit low density lipoproteins (LDL), and shows 11-34% reactivity with murine and 8-19% reactivity with human LDL.

Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse spleen feeder layers upon resuscitation
