The AmphiSense™ EV-D68 Panel A, v1.0, is an RT-qPCR assay designed for qualitative multiplex in-vitro detection of Enterovirus EV-D68 nucleic acid. Following nucleic acid extraction, the targets are reverse-transcribed, amplified by real-time PCR (qPCR) and detected via fluorescent dye (FAM). Compatible with a wide range of thermal cyclers and robotic liquid handlers. SeqOnce recommends SeqOnce OneStep RT-qPCR Amplification Kit or SeqOnce PLUS OneStep RT-qPCR Amplification Kit. Positive controls included. Amplification reagents not included. For Research Use Only. Not intended for in-vitro diagnostics. Not approved by the FDA.
