General description
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody generated by immunizing Balb/c57 mice with the specified immunogen and fusing splenocytes with NS-1 mouse myeloma cells. Recognizes the ~60 kDa tubulin protein.
Recognizes the ~60 kDa tubulin protein found in all eukaryotic cells. May be used as a positive control.
This Anti-α-Tubulin Mouse mAb (DM1A) is validated for use in Immunoblotting, Immunofluorescence for the detection of α-Tubulin.
