General description
DACH2 is transcription factor that has an N-terminal DNA binding domain, and a C-terminal protein-binding domain. DACH2 may be implicated in myogenesis, organogenesis and ovarian failure.
Rabbit Anti-DACH2 antibody recognizes chicken, human, zebrafish, mouse, and canine DACH2.

Rabbit Anti-DACH2 antibody can be used for IHC (4-8μg/ml) and western blot (0.5μg/ml) applications.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Most X autosome translocations associated with premature ovarian failure do not interrupt X-linked genes. Only one of the six breakpoints disrupts the DACH2 gene.
