General description

EPHA10 (EPH receptor A10) is a member of the Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family. It is a small pseudokinase protein with a single Eph receptor A10 domain, fibronectin type III domain and the pseudo-RTK domain. This gene is located on human chromosome 1p34.3.

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

EPHA10 (EPH receptor A10) acts as a breast cancer marker. It enhances phosphorylation of p38 and DNA synthesis. Overexpression of EphA10 stimulates invasion.
