Golimumab with trade name Simponi, is an FDA-approved drug for the treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA), Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) and Ulcerative Colitis (UC). It is a human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody that binds to Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha (TNF-alpha), thereby inhibiting the binding to TNFα receptors and subsequent generation of inflammatory cytokines. GenScript Anti-Golimumab Antibody, pAb, Rabbit is produced from sera of a rabbit immunized with Golimumab. Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigators. The appropriate concentrations may be affected by secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, the sensitivity of the method of detection, temperature, the length of the incubations, and other factors. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.
