KLH-conjugated, synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 710-718 of human PDGF Receptor β. An N-terminus cysteine was added to facilitate conjugation. This sequence corresponds to amino acids 709-717 of mouse PDGF Receptor β.

Westerm Blot Analysis:
A 1:2,000 dilution of this lot detected PDGFRβ in RIPA lysates from mouse NIH/3T3, 3T3/A31, and human HFF cells.
Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg of a previous lot immunoprecipitated PDGFRβ from 500 μg of 3T3/A31 RIPA lysate.
