General description
QKI is an RNA-binding protein that plays a central role in myelinization. Acts by regulating pre-mRNA splicing, mRNA export, mRNA stability and protein translation. It is regulated by alternative splicing.
Specificity
QKI-5 (Quaking Protein). The antibody recognizes the ~40 kDa protein.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide from mouse QKI-5.
Application
Detect QKI-5 using this Anti-QKI-5 Antibody validated for use in IP & WB.
