Immunogen
Synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal region of human ZFP91
Biochem/physiol Actions
ZFP91 (ZNF757) is a member of zinc finger proteins that contain C2H2-type domains. It regulates the non-canonical NF-κB signaling induced by lymphotoxin-β receptor. An abundant expression of ZFP91 mRNA has been observed in prostate diseases including prostate cancer. ZFP91 may have a role in cell proliferation and survival and is a potential molecular marker for acute myelogenous leukemia.
