BioProducer12 Green single use hollow fiber cartridges are gamma irradiated and ready to use, and don’t require any tedious pre-rinse prior to use. The WaterSep Green Line is true plug-and-play, connect, use and discard. The extractable level is approximately 80x less than a glycerin conditioned membrane, and after a quick buffer conditioning the HF cartridge is ready to use. The BioProducer12 Green single use process scale hollow fiber cartridges are ideal for rapid clarification of cell cultures, fermentation solutions and virus/vaccine suspensions, as well as concentration/diafiltration of peptides, enzymes, antibodies and other proteins as well as viruses. The BioProducer12 Green is available with WaterSep’s wide range of glycerin free, low binding, antifouling hollow fiber membrane, with molecular cut-offs (NMWL) 3K, 5K, 10K, 30K, 50K, 100K, 300K, 500K and 750K, as well as 0.1 μm, 0.2 μm and 0.45 μm. Recommended sample volume for BioProducer12 Green is 25L-100L.
