Meet this month’s Employee Spotlight – Ranwa Balilli, Cenmed’s Field Service Technician.

What is your name and current position?

My name is Ranwa Balilli and I’m a Field Service Technician with Cenmed.

How long have you been with Cenmed?

Since November 2022.

Cenmed has its headquarters in downtown New Brunswick, where are you from?

I am originally from Lebanon, and moved to Ramsey, NJ in 2020.

Why did you join Cenmed?

“How are your values and expectations meet the company’s values and expectations?” – That was John’s, (John Thompson, Director of EMMS), question to me during our interview. I realized right there that his goals were right along with my goals.

What is the most interesting or favorite part of your job?

Every day is something new. Never know what to expect. I love the rush. It’s not lineal – it’s always up and down. There is always something happening.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The knowledge and experience I’ve been getting from John and everyone else in this company. It’s priceless. Since our department is almost like a start-up, you’re forced to find your way.

When you think of Cenmed’s culture, what three words come to mind?

Diversity, friendly, that we have our own unique culture. I thoroughly respect the visions of our directors. You don’t find that in a lot of places, it’s very rare.

What are your hobbies outside of Cenmed?

I used to be an Olympian, an international runner. I also enjoy music, piano, and being outdoors.

Tell us one interesting fact about yourself.

Admitting that I think I can do it all, but that sometimes I must ask for help.
