The Brownlee Prep-10 columns are 10 mm i.d. cartridges packed with 20 m particle size, 300 Angstrom pore size Aquapore ® sorbents for easy scale up from our 7 m analytical Aquapore ® columns. These unique 100 mm and 250 mm cartridges incorporate a moveable inlet plug and lter which compensates for changes in bed volume with continued use. The typical capacity of the 250 mm cartridge is 50 mg to 1 g depending on the resolution and purity required.
