The Cas9 Neomycin Lentiviral particles efficiently integrate Cas9 into the genomes of both dividing and non-dividing cell lines for use with CRISPR genome editing. Stably integrate Cas9 and Neo using the convenient, ready-to-use lentiviral particles while avoiding the tedious lentivirus production process.
