General description
Coagulation Factor XI, Human Plasma, CAS 9013-55-2, is a native coagulation factor XI with two identical polypeptide chains linked by disulfide bond. It is activated to Factor XIa by Factor XIIa.
Native coagulation factor XI from human plasma. Consists of two identical polypeptide chains linked by disulfide bonds, that yield a single band at 80 kDa upon reduction with β-mercaptoethanol. In vivo, Factor XI is activated to Factor XIa by Factor XIIa.
