Cell Line Description
Derived from an adenocarcinoma of the uterus from a 63 year old patient. COLO 685 (Sigma Catalogue number 87061206) was established from the same patient as confirmed by STR profilling.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
