Cell Line Description
Established from a 63 year old female with adenocarcinoma of the uterus. COLO 684 (Sigma Catalogue number 87061203) was established from the same patient as confirmed by STR profiling.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
