CONSISTOMETER, Bostwick

The Bostwick Consistometer is produced by CSC Scientific Company, Inc. It is a preferred instrument for checking production samples against consistency and flow rate standards. The Bostwick is a workhorse in Food Processing, Paint Manufacturing, Cosmetics Production and Chemical Operations. Put simply, this instrument may be useful for quality assessment wherever there is a product in liquid or viscous form. The Consistometer is available in two models: the Standard Model, which is 14" (36.6cm) in length, and the Long Model, which is 17" (43cm) in length. Both models use 75mL of sample.
