Cell Line Description
COR-L64 is a B-lymphoblastoid cell line derived from a bone marrow trephine of the posterior iliac crest taken from a patient diagnosed with small cell lung cancer (SCLC).
Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cells at densities between 2 x 10e5 cells/ml and 2 x 10e6 cells/ml. Saturation density 2 x 10e6/ml; 37°C; 5% CO2
