Product Describtion:Corilagin is a polyphenol and a member of the tannin family that has originally been isolated from the extract of|Arctostaphylos uvaursi|. This compound displays the ability to inhibit NFκB pathway activation and also prevent the release of TNF-α at an IC|50|of 76 μM. Additional studies show that Corilagin significantly inhibits type 1 plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI-1) in rat plasma.
