General description
Native creatine phosphokinase-MM from human skeletal muscle. Catalyzes the conversion of creatine and ATP to phosphocreatine and ADP.
Native creatine phosphokinase-MM from human skeletal muscle. Catalyzes the reversible conversion of creatine and ATP to phosphocreatine and ADP. Plasma levels of CPK-MM are a useful indicator of acute myocardial infarction.
