DCTP

General description

dCTP is a 100 mM clear, colorless solution of the lithium salt (pH 7).
dCTP solution in water (pH 7), 100 mM, lithium salt.

Application

Use dCTP, lithium salt, for DNA sequencing, labeling, and all types of amplification reactions or primer-extension reactions.

Quality

Typical analysis:

• ≥98% dCTP (HPLC), ≤1.5% dCDP (HPLC), ≤0.5% dCMP (HPLC)
• Absorbance determination A₂₅₀/A₂₆₀, A₂₈₀/A₂₆₀, A₂₉₀/A₂₆₀
• DNase activity negative, according to the current Quality Control procedures
• Suitability for PCR

Storage and Stability

This product is stable at -15 to -25°C until the expiration date printed on the label.
Note: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store in aliquots.
