G-Trap™ DEAE Agarose Fast Flow is ready to use prepacked column used for separation of proteins and other biomolecules based on charge. The resin in G-Trap™ DEAE Agarose Fast Flow is a weak anionexchanger composed of highly crosslinked 6% agarose beads coupled with diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) weak anionexchange group. The proteins carrying net negative charge will bind to the resin and protein carrying net positive charge will not bind and will come out in flow through fraction.
