Deutenzalutamide (Enzalutamide-d 3 ) is a developed deuterium labeled Enzalutamide (MDV3100). Enzalutamide is an androgen receptor (AR) antagonist with an IC50 of 36 nM in LNCaP prostate cells.In VitroStable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process.
