Discover24 Green is gamma irradiated, glycerin free and ready to use without any pre-rinse or sanitization. The WaterSep Green Line is true plug-and-play, connect, use and discard. The extractable level is approximately 80x less than a glycerin conditioned membrane and after a quick buffer conditioning the HF cartridge is ready to use. Discover24 Green hollow fiber cartridges are the products of choice for rapid clarification of small volumes of cell culture, fermentation solutions and virus/vaccine suspensions, utilizing WaterSep’s unique low binding glycerin free microfiltration membranes in 0.1, 0.2, and 0.45 µm. For concentration and diafiltration of antibodies, enzymes, blood components and other proteins, as well as virus suspensions, choose among WaterSep’s wide range of glycerin free, low binding, antifouling ultrafiltration membranes with molecular weight cut-offs in 5K, 10K, 30K, 50K, 100K, 300K, 500K and 750K Dalton. The Discover24 Green hollow fiber cartridge products are in most applications superior to conventional techniques, like centrifugation, stirred cells or dialysis bags. Recommended sample volume for Discover24 Green is 50ml-400ml.
