Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. SPECIES REACTIVITY: Human IMMUNOGEN: DOK1 antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human DOK1. The immunogen is located within amino acids 410 - 460 of DOK1. BUFFER: DOK1 Antibody is supplied in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide.
