E-Cube Culture System

The E-Cube System is a simple bioreactor with 8,500 cm 2 cell growth area for growing anchorage dependent cells in only a 25.4 cm x 35.6 cm footprint. Cells grow in Corning parallel-plate CellCube Module on the same treated polystyrene used in Corning culture vessels. The E-Cube System kit consists of an oxygenator, medium reservoir, multiple access ports, and all required tubing and fittings; CellCube Modules must be purchased separately. E-Cube System provides a simple method to determine if cells will grow in the CellCube® Module prior to investing in the resources and funding that would be necessary for the larger, automated CellCube System. Peristaltic pump, CO₂ incubator and medium are not included. E-Cube Fittings Kit contains 3/16” Norprene™ pump tubing (18”); 6 tubing ratchet clamps; 2 barbed T-fittings; 1 barbed reducing connector; 20 4 wire ties; 1 barbed Y-connector; 5 each male and female barbed luer fittings; 2 male luer plugs; 2 interlink injection sites; 1 sleeve of blunt plastic cannulas and 3 1.0” ID x 1.25” OD, 1/8” thickness O-rings. 45 mm Polypropylene cap is autoclavable and comes with two 15.24 cm stainless steel tubes. Cap fits Corning glass and plastic vessels with GL45 mm threads.
