REPLENISH IMMEDIATELY
Cenmed periodically visits your facility, physically reviews inventory levels, immediately replenishes with on-hand inventory (physically stocks the inventory on the customer’s shelves).
DELIVER LATER
Cenmed periodically visits your facility, physically reviews inventory levels, places an order for replenishment inventory to be delivered later. Depending on the program, Cenmed may do the physical restocking, or your staff may replenish inventory when delivered.
INVENTORY PLANNER
Cenmed provides an on-site inventory planner who works full-time at your facility managing the inventory in coordination with your operations.
OPERATE FULLY & CUSTOMER FACILITY
Cenmed leases space within the facility and runs the warehouse and inventory planning operation with our own employees from within your facility.
CENMED ACTIVELY MANAGES INVENTORY & ORDER
Cenmed has direct access to your inventory management system and with real-time data management related to on-hand levels, open orders, forecasts, production schedules, etc. Cenmed makes replenishment decisions based on this data and ships orders to you.
CUSTOMER PROVIDES DATA, CENMED PROVIDES ORDER
Your operations periodically (daily, weekly, etc.) provides Cenmed with current inventory levels. Cenmed reviews inventory levels and creates replenishment orders. Replenishment orders are shipped to your facility where your operations perform all physical tasks related to the inventory.
