Each EnviroTrans™ tube contains broth or buffer. The entire unit is terminally sterilized. Excellent for detection or enumeration of microorganisms from environmental surfaces or equipment. 0.85% Saline is recommended for the detection of microorganisms found on surfaces. Osmotically neutral transport solution. Contains no neutralizing agents or growth factors, therefor is recommended for enumeration methods.
