General description
Eppendorf® twin.tec® PCR plates LoBind® are specially designed to improve your polymerase chain reaction (PCR) results by increasing the yield of your target molecules. Thin-walled polypropylene wells with LoBind surfaces have low DNA binding properties, leading to reduced loss of target molecules and higher yields in PCR and other molecular assays.
Eppendorf′s twin.tec® PCR plates LoBind® are available in 96- and 384-well formats. A combination of special manufacturing technologies and selected polypropylene batches ensures that nearly 100 % of DNA and RNA molecules are recovered without the use of surface coatings, thereby eliminating the risk of sample contamination.
