Felbamate is an antiepileptic drug used for the treatment of epilepsy, partial seizures in adults, and partial and generalized seizures associated with Lennox-Gastautsyndrome in children. The drug has a narrow therapeutic range and carries an increased risk of fatal aplastic anemia and/or liver failure.
