Offering isolated Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells(PBMCs) from whole blood procured from IRB-consented donors with confirmed HepB status.
Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are asubset of leukocytes (or White Blood Cell, WBC), which are integral componentsof the body′simmune system that fight disease. PBMCs consist of a mixture of lymphocytes (Tcells, B cells, and NK cells) and monocytes and are isolated from peripheralwhole blood via density gradient centrifugation and red blood celllysis.
Standard and custom clinical data collection andconfirmation ensures proper corresponding disease severity and treatmenthistory.
Clinical data may include: Medication (current andhistorical), Disease severity, Viral load, HBsAg, IgM, Viral Genotype, Liverenzyme results, Co-infection presence or absence
PBMCs areprovided with clinical data that has been collected following a strict andstandardized clinical data process. All specimens are reviewed for IRBapproval.
