G-Protein betagamma Binding Peptide, mSIRK(L9A) - Calbiochem (C15-1303-095)

General description

A cell-permeable, N-myristoylated G-Protein Binding Peptide (mSIRK) that contains a single point mutation (Leu⁹ to Ala). In contrast to mSIRK (Cat. No. 371818), the mutant peptide is unable to enhance ERK1/2 phosphorylation. Useful as a negative control for mSIRK.
