Catalyst in the epoxidation of olefins in presence of hydrogen peroxide.
Dopant in the preparation of ZnO nanorod arrays. The addition of Ga can improve the luminescence quality of ZnO nanorods.
Precursor to synthesize Ga-MCM-41 materials (mesoporous silicate molecular sieves). Ga-MCM-41 can act as a catalyst in the liquid-phase isomerization of α-pinene.
