Melt 100mL agarose gel solution (concentration is generally 0.8%~2%) in a microwave oven.2. Add 5μL Goldview and shake gently to avoid air bubbles.3. Pour the gel when it is not hot, and load the sample for electrophoresis after the agarose gel has completely solidified.4. After electrophoresis, observe under ultraviolet light or visible light. If you use a gel imaging system to take pictures, by adjusting the aperture, exposure time, and selecting the appropriate filter, you can get a clear image with a low background. If you use a digital camera to take photos, turn off the camera's flash and put it in automatic mode.Precautions1.
