Lyophilized powder. From 0.01M sodium phosphate, 0.25M NaCl, pH 7.6, containing 15 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative. Reconstitute with 1.5 ml of distilled water. This antibody was isolated from antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads. By immunoelectrophoresis and/or ELISA, this antibody reacts with the whole human IgG and with light chains common to most human immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, but the antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species. Working Dilutions: 1:50 - 1 :200 for most applications. It is recommended that the individual lab obtain their own optimal working dilution for their particular assay. Store the lyophilized product at +2 - 8°C. Reconstituted product stable for approximately six weeks at +2 - 8°C. For long term storage after reconstitution, add an equal volume of glycerol for a final concentration of 50% and store frozen at or below -20°C. If glycerol is not added, aliquot and store at -70oC. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Note: After dilution do not use for more than one day.
