The LCD screen simultaneously displays all parameters. Unit can be set at specific temperature, heating rate, stirring speed, time and even turns off heater and stirrer at the end of a cycle. Stir up to four liters of aqueous solutions from 100 to 1500 rpm. The stirrer is accurate to 10 rpm and maintains speed regardless of changes in viscosity. Sensor, built into heater plate, maintains temperature to within 1°C. Immersion probes monitor and control the sample temperature. Rugged aluminum chasis and soft, vinyl cover protect against spills and dirt. Ceramic glass top, 8" x 8", is impervious to most chemicals and will heat to 450°C in about 2 minutes. RS232 interface available for control or recording data through a PC.
