Application
Isopthaloyl chloride reacts with;
- Polyethylene amine to produce PA-100 membrane
- Epiamine, a polyether amine, to produce PA-300 membrane
- 1,3-diamino-4-chlorobenzene to form polyamides
- Melamine forms polyamide aerogel
- bis-amine, produces an isophthalamide catenan
- Terephthaloyl chloride and bisphenol-type diazonaphthoquinone (DNQ) to polycondensate into a polyarylates containing DNQ structure
