A subclone of the parent line K562 (Sigma Catalogue number. 89121407). The line is used as an in vitro target for the natural killer assay.

Natural killer assay and tumourigenicity studies
Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 2-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
