This α-Ketoglutarate Assay Kit provides a simple, sensitive and rapid means for quantifying α-KG in a variety of samples.α-Ketoglutarate Assay Kit has been used to determine the activity of α-ketoglutarate.Suitability: Suitable for the measurement of a-Ketoglutarate in a variety of biological samples including cell and tissue lysatesPrinciple: α-KG concentration is determined by a coupled enzyme assay, which results in a colorimetric (570 nm)/ fluorometric (λex = 535/λem = 587 nm) product, proportional to the α-KG present. Typical sensitivities of detection for this kit are 0.01 to 10 nmoles. Specifications and Purity: sufficient for 100colorimetricorfluorometrictests.
