Ketul Patel serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Cenmed Enterprises, where he leads the Supply chain, Finance, Human Resources, Services and Purchasing. As part of the executive leadership team, he drives strategic growth, operational excellence, margin & profitability and a customer-focused approach across the organization.

With over 30 years of experience in supply chain, operations, and business transformation, Ketul brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to scaling organizations while enhancing profitability and service delivery. At Cenmed, he has been instrumental in strengthening core processes and capabilities, driving cross-functional alignment, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and execution discipline, advancing profitable growth, and implementing technology-enabled solutions to improve customer experience, efficiency and visibility.

Prior to Cenmed, Ketul held senior leadership roles at Deloitte, Michael Kors, Avon, Wayfair, Toys"R"Us, and Poppin, with experience spanning supply chain strategy & logistics operations, business turnaround and transformation programs across retail, eCommerce, wholesale and service environments.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from India and a Master's degree from the University of Houston. He is a certified SCOR-Professional and the author of "A Journey of Elevation".
