• What documentation is provided with orders?

  All orders include a Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and a packing slip. Additional regulatory or compliance documentation can be requested at the time of order for products requiring special handling or import/export certification.

• What is the minimum order quantity?

  Minimum order quantities vary by product and are listed on each product page. For bulk or custom quantity orders, please contact our sales team at 732-447-1100 or request a quote online for custom pricing.

• How long does shipping take?

  Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days from our New Jersey distribution center. Expedited and international shipping options are available. Hazardous materials ship in compliance with IATA/DOT regulations and may require additional lead time.

• Can I return a product?

  We accept returns on non-hazardous, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Controlled substances, refrigerated items, and custom orders are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please complete the return request form and submit it to our customer service team for approval. Returns will be processed once your request has been reviewed and authorized.

• Do you offer volume discounts?
