BBS is isotonic and has a strong bactericidal effect. It can be used to dilute solutions for coating procedures. Additives such as Tween 20 and Blotto can be used to add functionality as a washing buffer or blocking buffer.

Borate Saline Buffered (BSB) is commonly used in coating procedures for ELISA. BBS can also be used as a component in blocking solutions for Western blotting.

Boric Acid is an ingredient in Tris-Borate buffer systems, used in high voltage electrophoresis. Store at room temperature.

BSA Blocking Buffer Solution in TBS with Azide

Contains 3% BSA and 0.05% Tween 20 in TBS buffer. Optimized for use in western blotting to minimize non-specific binding of antibodies.
