Our vials are manufactured from Type I Borosilicate Glass, which meets all USP, JP, and EP Pharmacopeia requirements.   The glass performs excellent at high temperatures and is chemical resistant to acidic, neutral and alkali solutions.

Screw caps Autoclavable Rubber lined caps Amber sample vials have solid top black phenolic caps that are Teflon® faced with 14B rubber liners. Cap material is black phenolic and cap and liners are autoclavable.

20mL vials have a wide-mouth opening for ease of use and an octagonal-shaped base which locks into our special tray for easy one-handed capping and un-capping. Polypropylene co-polymer (PPC) is nearly transparent.

We offer Headspace Crimp Top Vials with graduation or the PerkinElmer logo in various volumes.

Note: Due to the patent which PerkinElmer holdson the closures system of the Headspace vials, the caps, septa, andstar springs cannot be sold separately.(includes patented pressure-relief crimp cap and star springs)

Choose the right septa for your analysis. Although a wide variety of septa is available, chemical compatibility and temperature are the most critical to the analysis.
