Mouse B10.BR lymphoma
Cell Line Description
Derived from a lymphoma that occurred in a B10.BR mouse. The cells respond to Interleukin 1 (IL-1) stimulation by producing Interleukin 2 (IL-2) and can be used to assay IL-1 activity.
Application

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 0.05mM 2-Mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 15% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 5x100,000 to 1,000,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Shake the flask to remove attached cells.
