Specificity bNOS (neuronal). Not yet tested for cross-reactivity to iNOS or eNOS.

Specificity Reactive with human brain NOS-I (nNOS). Antibody binding is neutralized in Western blot by pre-adsorption with the immunogen peptide.

Specificity Recognizes Neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS, NOS-I, bNOS). No cross reaction with iNOS and eNOS by immunohistochemistry.
